This sale is for the complete new cap fully assembled and ready to fit on your bike.

Sides of the top cap in brass have been knurled for extra grip - the lower threaded part of the cap in aluminum has a spring-bound valve system centrally located in the middle of the bung.

This connects to vents in the top part of the cap to allow alleviation of any pressure that may build up inside the tank.

It also comes with a petrol-resistant o-ring seal that sits on the top of the thread.

We spun three concentric circles on the top of the cap using the lathe and then polsihed it up.

This listing is for the BRASS TOP/ALUMINUM THREAD assembly of the tank cap.

Some models it will fit include Bonneville, T00, America, Speedmaster, Thruxton. It will also fit on the HD Sportster and probably a load of other models.
